The Ritz Carlton is a perfect hotel for up-market, smaller groups. The style and ambiance of the hotel although not so good for younger groups, is perfect for higher level delegates.

Although the conference space is small, what they have got is very useable for up to 50 delegates.

By far the most promising feature of this hotel, aside from the stunning gardens, is the attitude of it’s staff. They will do literally anything to get events to run properly, smoothly and with the appropriate level of Ritz Carlton elegance… For them the word ‘NO’ does not feature anywhere in the run up, during, or after an event.. except when asking for a massive reduction in room rates.

Ideal Group size 30 to 50 rooms
Delegate Profile Senior managers ideally with partners
Type of event Either pure incentive, pure conference or a mix of both

Programming workarounds:

Yes this is a beach property and no it’s not called The Burj, so yes, some status is lost as far as the ‘which hotel did you stay in when you were there’ line goes. But then in order to stay at The Burj you would need a slightly larger budget!!

However as we have said before we feel that group size and hotel size should match, so if a discreet very up-market property is what your looking for, this is it.
