Off the Wall Dinners

Total mayhem here as there is no limit to the madness we try to pull here. Here are a few examples... again as with other sections the sky is not even close to the limit of what is possible here.

The Desert

This may seem old hat but in fact very few groups go out to the desert and have a gala type dinner, arabic nights maybe but gala dinners no.. the Marriottt (those people) even do a sorbet for us.. cook the meat to order.. it's just like being in the hotel we even have toilet attendants.

Staff Canteen

Ballrooms are nice places to have gala dinners, but if you do them every year it can just end up being another ballroom.. how about blindsiding them by doing a full on gala type dinner but in a staff canteen...

In another country

Muscat.. just down the road and has some fantastic places to eat... how about flying down there for a bite.. very flash!

Desert dinner, you're cooking not us.

Something kind of expatriate but with a serious touch of class about it.. it's put literaly a desert BBC with a touch of Arabia. We bring out all the BBQ's grills etc and of course the food. The set up is a dune top style with carpet cushions and the all important unplugged band.

The chefs then get stuck in with the guests cooking the meat... and preparing the starters.. we can get as interactive as you like here but the idea is that it's a do it your self evening with loads of help, no washing up and yes... a full open bar!
