The Renaisance and the Traders Hotel

Both of these hotels are located literally within 500 meters of the JW Marriott hotel. Traders has approximatly 200 rooms and the Renaisance another 200 useable rooms. With 250 rooms from the Marriott that gives us a 650 rooms and more than enough conference space (over 2000m2)

All of the hotels we feel offer similar standards although the JW Marriott is the clear leader.. all in all the three hotels offer a great opputunity for larger groups

The Grand Hyatt

A 500 room 'monster' which actually enjoys a very good location near to Wafi Shoping Mall, and the Creek Park. It is unique inasmuch as they have excellent gardens for outside events and great conference facilities.

We have always had an enormous problem obtaining rooms in this hotel and therefore we havnt used it to date, but we felt that we should include it incase you thought we hadn't noticed it was there.

The Hyatt Regency.

Those of you who have visited Dubai in the past will remember that the Revolving Restaurant used to always be included in the evening dining programme, due to the fact that way back then there was littlel choice. Well, it's now back big time, as the whole hotel has undergone a complete makeover that is stunning and the Revolving Restaurant is back in its rightful place as a good reliable dinner venue.

Recent additions

The Shangri-La, unfortunately this hotel is right in the middle of the Sh Zayed Road and so does not have the most impressive first impression factor.

Fairmont Dubai, its a brilliant hotel, but the rates are on a par with the best of the beach properties, which we feel is categorically outrageous.
