Meeting and dining
Meetings are Discussion Groups are Conferences are Sales Seminars
are Extended Coffee Breaks for a tax break... Basically they
are all the same, different set up - some with more whistles
and bells than others.
We know our U shapes from our Cabaret Styles, so no worries
there and whatver AV you need we can provide it if the hotel
doesnt have it. Also any assistance you need with badging,
registration set up, and whenever possible for heavy duty
conferences we provide a conference office so that the delegates
who suddenly need to change their presentations etc have a
place set up for them to do that in peace and with some help
if they need it.
What we do a little differntly from others are the coffee
breaks, and lunches. We try to make these a little haven of
enjoyment during an otherwise possibly 'dry' day.
Dining is a lot more fun!
From a full on Omani Night to a Gala Dinner to a fun dinearound,
it's all possible here!
Again we try to make it a little bit more special, menus
are printed as a matter of course, (and including all courses!)
we like a little subliminal branding as well, sugar logos,
ice carvings, and not a nasty banner in sight!!
