Extensions

When Dubai was a new destination we found that there was always a good number of requests for extensions, as the people would not have chosen the destination themselves for a holiday, but as they were going to be here, with the added security blanket of having us there if they needed help, advice or just a number to call.

We have found the same is true for Oman, and as the rates are good in all of the hotels that we use, they can usually afford to stay on in the same hotel and we can then offer them assistance if they want to take a better look at the country.

We would be very happy to put together programmes for them for anything from watching the Turtles on Turtle Beach (one of the very few places left where the huge turtles come to lay their eggs, totally supervised by the country's conservation people but still a really great experience) to finding the frankinsense trees in Salalah which is a stunningly beautiful area in Oman.

We also have a friend over there who does 'alternative tours' so if there's anyone who prefers the more adventurous experience, off road, sleeping under the stars, provisions brought to them by donkey - well we can arrange that too !!
