Dinearounds

We are asked a lot for dinearounds, and honestly speaking we dont have the great wealth of choice in Muscat that we do in Dubai. But then we didn't always have this in Dubai either and we used to 'Dinearound' quite happily.

The way we look at this type of evening, is that it gives the guests time to enjoy dinner with company that they chose in an unstructured way. Given, for example a group of 50 people we would chose 5 different restaurants and take 10 people to each one - giving them transportation and a guide to unobtrusively sort out any problems they may have. Then if they want to take themselves off by taxi later, they will be helped with that - otherwise we bring them back to their hotel by coach.

We usually take one or two of the restaurants in the hotel where they are staying to take care of those who have had enough of getting on and off coaches.

Bookings can be done at the hospitality desk on a first come first served basis - we work out a set menu from each of the venues so that the client is aware of how much the food is going to cost and to ensure good service, and then they can take tables of however many they like - so couples can sit on their own, or get together with another couple and just relax and enjoy!

The best way to sort out which restaurants we are going to use is to wait until the inspection trip to have a look - and also take the client's input into consideration, as we have found that they sometimes have hidden agendas on this type of evening!!
