Core Programmes
As with every destination it's very important to have the core programme elements in place.
Sometimes we forget to mention some of the things that we now take as a given thing, when you work with us, so perhaps it's worthwhile going over these here.
We always try to reply to any of your emails within 24 hours. Sometimes if we are out running a programme it could take a little longer, but we always check the emails every day and generally let you know that we are busy and when we can get the information.
We are always available on the phone - although we would ask you to remember the time difference if you have a 'sudden thought' at around 9pm your time - chances are we will be asleep!
When you confirm a programme with us, you can be assured that we will not be running another programme at the same time as yours. You then have our full attention for the duration of your event. Our attendance is included in the overall costing. Any additional guides for hospitality desks for instance are quoted separately.
Arrivals there are always people inside the airport to meet the guests, and we are outside with the transportation. We organise the transportation according to how many people are on each flight. In multiple arrivals, we never assume that just because the flight's schedulled arrival times are within 5 minutes that this will be the case and they can then share transport. It rarely ever works! Luggage can go on the coach, or separately.
Transfers are always, always, quoted as accompanied. There is always water on the coaches. We always pre-check any event element on or off property.
We are pretty much covered with European languages within our usual team, however if you have clients from outside Europe we will always try to include that language in our team.
We print signs for our use, we brand landcruisers so long as they have visible spare wheels, we print menus.
