We have to admit that the amount of hi-tech AV in Oman is limited to put it kindly. However our trusty friends seem to know just how to get the best out of it, and if something more complicated than a LCD Projector and screen with a few pretty lights and mikes, then we bring it with us in the back of the car no problem - remember it's only a 3 hour drive!

The only thing that is practically impossible to arrange are fireworks - however we say practically impossible, there's always the possibility that we will catch the official on the right side - or when our firework display will tie in with his daughter's birthday party!

Generally the hotels love it when we have a conference in house because they get to see a few more whistles and bells than they usually see!
