Why should you use ADA?

Oman is a great country, but in terms of both tourism and especially motivational travel and conferences it is in it's infancy in terms of programme planning and production.

We, as you know if you have worked with us, set ourselves very high standards in terms of programme content, attention to detail, and professional execution (usually of the driver who gets lost, but that's a whole other story!) of that programme.

Omanisation means that we have a high proportion of locals to work with - they are not renowned for their reliability, not though any fault of their own, but because they have never found it necessary to a) turn up on time or b) turn up at all! Shouting at them works about as well as shouting at yourself in a mirror, in the end it makes you laugh and you have achieved very little.

Patience, and forward planning, safety nets everywhere, more patience, and time spent with the suppliers getting to know them, their strengths and weaknesses, allowing for both, accommodating prayer times, remembering that without lunch Omanis will die, and learning from them that a lot can be achieved with a good smile (they are very good at smiling!). All of this takes experience, and we have it. We also have a team of people working with us who have the same experience.

We camp out in their offices, we know where the drivers live, we dont assume a darn thing, and do you know what - they love it...

One day Oman will be an easy destination, and YOU will be the reason why - and YOU will benefit from it, but for now, take advantage of our experience, dont learn the hard way - learn the ADA way!
