Dinearounds

An incredibly easy night for most DMC's and Agents alike, however as we can't seem to leave things in an easy state we have decided that the simple dinearound needs improvement! What we have arranged in the past for groups with more than 100 or so people is to book 4 or 5 restaurants around Dubai and then had a set menu in each one of the venues. We can choose restaurants with a similar theme - ie seafood, or Thai so that when the guests know where they are going for dinner they have uniformity with the type of restaurant thus negating the 'I don't want to go here - I want to have that' scenario.

We use the coaches to their maximum effect and take between 30 and 50 people to each of the restaurants and then the guide will stay with them during the evening to oversee the dinner and also they can drop off in a nightclub on the way back to the hotel if they wish.

It's simplicity means that whilst they have the comfort factor of having a point of contact they really don't feel that 'organised' for this evening.

We usually include one of the restaurants in the hotel if it's known that there are people who prefer to be onsite in the group.
