Meetings with a twist

Conference rooms are the easy option - and for the most part they are necessary if the conference has a heavy schedule. However if we are looking at a short meeting during an Incentive programme for awards, or just to say thank you and do the 'ra ra' speeches then you might want to do something a little more momorable.

The Desert

So, how about on the top of a dune in the desert during the safari? In fact it's easier than it sounds as if we do this on the same day as the safari we are setting up there any way. We usually do this in an open frounted tent with lots of decoration. Sitting out in the sun no matter what the temperature gets hot after a while.

There is a generator there (we even had airconditioning) so running AV equipment is not a problem and we bring a spike protector so laptops are safe.

After the meeting the safari continues, we then actually come back tothe same spot latter on after we have turned it in to either the sunset bar or for smaller groups the arabic night site.

More...

The same can be applied to many other places. for example on the beach (suits are to be worn!!) or on a rooftop - or over lunch in an privately booked restaurant

We can even use a boat either on the Creek or on the Ocean

But perhaps the most exciting of all on a plane flying to Muscat for the day (if we have enough people to charter the plane!) ....

Lastly... if you can think of anywhere else we will bring the AV equipment!!
