Conferences
Although this is quite a large subject, it is a relatively
simple one. Meeting schedules etc are always provided by the
client and we work from there onwards. We see our role here
to be to book the required space, provide any staging and
AV that you ask us to (through our AV partners), meals as
required and then over to you! The hotel provides all the
equipment that it has in house and then anything else that
we need we hire from our AV company, this is at cost to you
and you can either bounce the requirements through us or deal
with them directly.
Signage again thanks to the marketing company that we have
will be as per your clients branding requirements.
Staff can be provided for registration desks in a number
of languages and we can provide full conference office supplies.
The delegate rate that the hotel gives includes a lunch in
the main restaurant, however with a small addition of funds
this can be upgraded to either a private function room or
one of the restaurants. For all of the F&B requirements
we have our own non standard menus to use.
