ADA Event Management
ADA was formed by its two British owners in 1998, in order
to fill a niche in the well-developed Conference and Incentive
Market in the UAE and Oman. It was felt that a standalone
C&I Management Company was needed in order to supply the
more discerning clients from Europe, with a higher level of
creativity, logistical care and attention than could be offered
by other DMCs who split their time between the C&I market
and FIT market; resulting in situations occurring where supposedly
high quality events such as motivational travel were relying
on the logistics normally employed to cater for tourists.
Between them the co-owners of ADA have 20 years of experience
in the hospitality business and working in the Gulf. Over
the years they have built up a network of reliable contacts
that enables them to deal with any (up to now) situation.
The strength of a management company is in knowing the best
people for the job, and whilst using the best is sometimes
not the cheapest way, it is certainly the most reliable.
ADA therefore does not profess to be for example.. a production
company, or a transport company - but they do work with the
best in the industry in this and every other area necessary
for the programme content. They try wherever possible to challenge
these suppliers to 'go the extra mile' in producing unique
programme content, or a standard product with a unique 'twist'.
The company ethics are simple but unshakable:
ADA Event Management will only ever run one event at a time.
When a client is on the ground in the UAE they have the total
attention on their event and 100% of the company's resources
at their disposal.
The management team, including guides and operational staff
is made up of Europeans.
There are limitations in terms of providing good service,
and to this end there is a ceiling of 2,000 guests per season
set in order to maximise the time spent preparing future events
and the time spent researching new programmes and ideas.
They insist on a total flexible mental attitude from all
suppliers and staff.
